Ever feel like you’re playing catch up? Like you’re constantly running around with your long to-do-lists, leaving little time to focus on your well-being? Might be time to learn new ways to embrace “me-time”, wouldn’t you say?
On Saturday 8th of June, we want to invite you to an afternoon filled with heartfulness, playfulness and wellness at OMNI Yoga & Coaching in Oslo. Founder of Best of You (myself indeed) will start by sharing some insights on how our busy way of living and the search for something more around each corner, often results in losing our individuality. How we can fight the stigma of “selfishness” around taking care of ourselves and talk about how we can learn to set ourselves first every once in a while.
Afterwards, Yoga Teacher Christina Danielsen will guide us through a soft yoga class, sharing some simple movements to implement in our everyday lives, helping us shift the focus back to supporting both body and mind. Allowing us to step away from our obligations and focus on ourselves, creating a higher sense of awareness.
Afterwards we will be enjoying a warm cup of tea and before you leave you will get a little goodie bag, filled with lots of love from Burts Bees and Supernature, to inspire you to continue to prioritize “me-time” at home and avoiding it from sinking to the bottom of your priority list.
